These Terms of Service govern your use of Lanvoyant and its career search intelligence services. By purchasing or using Lanvoyant, you agree to these terms.
Services
Lanvoyant provides career search intelligence services including curated company research, regional contact identification, and personalized outreach guidance. We are not a recruiting agency and do not guarantee employment or interview outcomes. Results are delivered as intelligence packages based on research conducted at time of order.
One-Time Purchase — Intelligence Package ($79)
- Delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form
- Includes 10 matched companies with full intel, contacts, and outreach guidance
- One-time payment — no recurring charges
- Non-refundable once research has been delivered
- If delivery is not made within 48 hours of intake completion, you are entitled to a full refund
Monthly Subscription — Stay in the Hunt ($99/month)
- Billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
Contact Unlock ($0.99 per contact)
- Individual contact purchases are non-refundable once the contact information has been delivered
- Bundle pricing: 15 contacts for $9.99
- Contact information is sourced from publicly available professional databases and verified at time of delivery
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of company intelligence and contact information. However, job markets change rapidly. We do not guarantee that positions remain open, contacts remain in their roles, or companies continue their hiring plans after delivery of your package. We recommend acting on your intelligence package promptly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lanvoyant's services for your own personal job search only. You may not:
- Resell, share, or distribute intelligence packages to third parties
- Use contact information for purposes other than your personal job search outreach
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform or database
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent pricing
Intellectual Property
Your intelligence package is licensed to you personally for your job search. The research methodology, platform design, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Lanvoyant and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lanvoyant's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or inability to secure employment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of Lanvoyant after changes constitutes acceptance.
