- Role type selected during signup (used to personalize your results)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Deliver your intelligence package — researching companies and contacts matched to your background
- Communicate with you about your order and results
- Improve our service and matching quality
- Send occasional updates if you have an active subscription (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Lanvoyant:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Tally — CV intake form. Tally's privacy policy applies to form submissions.
- Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
- Clearbit — company logo lookup (no personal data transmitted).
Data Retention
We retain your CV and personal information for up to 12 months after your last interaction with Lanvoyant, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
